DMV Scent Soirée – Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: Tuesday April 8, 2025
By purchasing a ticket to the DMV Scent Soirée, you acknowledge and agree to the following refund and cancellation policy:
REFUND POLICY - THE BASICS

All ticket sales are final. No refunds will be issued for change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or no-shows.

Refunds will only be granted if the Event is canceled in full and not rescheduled.

In the case of a rescheduled event, previously purchased tickets will be honored for the new date. If the Attendee cannot attend the rescheduled event, a refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the new date announcement.

All refund requests must be submitted via email to info@dmvscentsoiree.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

DMV Scent Soirée reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any and all refund requests.
